Sheep abortion meeting
It seems a long time ago that we were dealing with the first abortions of the lambing season and it was quickly followed by the beginning of Schmallenberg virus. All in all it has been a tough year for sheep farmers. Fortunately the prices have remained relatively strong and it is more important than ever to maximise the number of live lambs born next spring. NOW is the time to begin thinking about the next lambing season. We are pleased to invite you to an evening presentation on sheep abortions and what you can do to prevent it. Please arrive at the surgery at 7pm on Wednesday the 22nd August 2012 for food and drink before the talk begins at 7.30pm.
Please telephone the surgery to book your place. We look forward to seeing you there!
